Central Region Mineral Resources Science Center
The Mineral Separation Laboratory provides technical and scientific support to Mineral Resources Program team scientists and other team personnel. This lab provides team scientists with an equipped facility that will allow them to identify and classify rocks and minerals. In addition, this equipped facility will also provide scientists with the ability to set up studies that will allow the scientist to come to a better understanding of the processes occurring at field sites.
Lab and facilities are available to scientists upon request.
